For some years, our association has been collecting documentation which it makes available to its members and to the general public.

It covers both industrial archaeology and the economic and environmental activities linked with mining, metallurgy, and the wood industries. This documentation base also covers the contemporary technologies represented by IT, nanotechnology, and the aeronautical and space industries, where Wallonia and Brussels are not only spectators but stakeholders.

The collection has three main areas:

• - a collection of 95 magazines ;

• - some 2000 listed works, articles and off-prints ;

• - an archive base belonging to Mr. Claude-M. Christophe regarding the safeguarding, promotion and historic perspective of disused industrial sites with a large photographic work on Huy's area industries.

• All the references can be examined by searching authors or subjects in a database to be found on the website of the Centre Liégeois d’Archives et de Documentation de l’Industrie Charbonnière at Blegny.

Our library is accessible free of charge from Tuesday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00 and by appointment on Mondays from 9.00 to 17.00, Wednesdays from 17.00 to 19.00 and Saturdays from 9.00 to 12.00 at the following address:
